Yes, this site runs off the fluidFixedGrid code. There is nothing else running on this site except the code you can download from the link below. The simplified, lightweight version of this framework allows rapid easy, flexible designs from one framework.
If you're familiar with Extra Strength Responsive Grids, Resonsive Grids, Skeleton, w3Schools, or another version of a grid framework you will easily take to this grid. They're all kind of built on the same logic, however there are subtile differences with each one. They all work fine, just don't try to mix the logic within each one or else they will break apart.
